After hours of experimenting, I found that using a telescopic lens (which I still can't believe cost 2-2.5K...) along with the best shutter speed exposure and all those.
If I got anything wrong, all the pictures ended up something like this:


I got to find out just how bad my phone is at taking images/video in low light.
